Multiple Question Types

• Single choice questions to be answered in text, numerically, or with a date
• Multiple choice questions allowing for a single answer or several entries from a dropdown list, a 5-point choice or multiple options
• Individual questions using the same answer set from a choice of formats e.g. 5-point choice, gender, Yes/No, various kinds of lists and drop-downs
• Array questions in which answers are displayed in a table format
• Ranking questions allowing presentation of a list of possible answers or options to be graded in order of preference
• Boilerplate fields used to provide further instructions or a design break in the survey
• Language switch questions which allow for a change of language in the survey
• Multiple short text questions that permit more than one text entry per question

Assessment Surveys

• The PMC Inc Survey System allows rules to be set for evaluating responses as they are submitted. Customized text based on that evaluation can then be displayed to the participant.

Optional Public Registration For Surveys

• The survey may be open to the public, but utilizes a code-mandated respondent control. Visitors to your survey website who don’t have a code, are asked to register and, if they provide an email address not already in the current survey's code table, an entry is created. A unique code is emailed to the visitor with an invitation to participate.
• A Captcha feature on all Registration, Save and Load forms protects surveys from robot registration.

Invitations, Reminders And Codes By Email

• Codes can be set up to allow a group of people to participate, keep track of who has completed the survey and limit participants to one submission. Participant names and email addresses can be imported and edited. The list can then be used to invite, remind and track survey participants.
