Terry Bisset

Terry Bisset has almost 25 years of management and policy experience in the Ontario Public Service, including eight years as director in the ministries of Health, Citizenship, Culture and Recreation.

A strong project manager and facilitator, her specialities include program design, change management, organizational development and service improvement.
