Raffaella (Raf) Di Cecco

Raffaella (Raf) Di Cecco, is the Director of the Education and Training Sector PMC Inc. Raf is an authority on managing complex policy and program reform within a government environment at the provincial, federal, and local levels. From 1967 to 1996, she held positions of increasing responsibility in Federal and Provincial line and central ministries in direct program delivery, corporate support functions, and policy development.

In her consulting practice she has specialized in program evaluation and design, the realignment of policy and resources to meet changing government priorities and the establishment of Performance Management systems at both the system and individual level. She has extensive experience managing large scale evaluations within the education sector. Additionally she has direct experience in the subject matter of this evaluation: she provided support for the development of the guidelines on the remuneration of Principals and Vice Principals and conducted a review for the TDSB on the changing role of Principals and Vice Principals.
