Frank Hall

Frank Hall offers more than 25 years of experience with a wide range of industry knowledge in both the public sector and private sector. While working for a major software company, he had overall management responsibility for services delivery in the Ontario Public Sector and Healthcare and in the field of Health & Safety and Environmental Management.

The following is a sampling of projects and activities:

• Currently working with an early stage Canadian software company to create a Public-Private-Partnership with a local major hospital.
• Conducted a comprehensive operational review of a major distribution centre to improve procurement and inventory management practices.
• Project managed the initial phase implementation of a CRM solution at a medical association.
• Implemented a structured health & safety management system for a major forest products company.
• Affected significant cultural change on health & safety through training, change management and rigorous audits at a major forest products company.
• Re-implemented an environmental management system with significant improvements in disciplines and controls.
• Prepared a company for an external environmental audit and supported a second audit as part of due diligence for the pending sale of a major division.
• Assisted in the development of a not-for-profit organization to support Canadian youth in motorsports.
• Brokered a relationship with an European auto manufacturer and a North American sports sanctioning body.
