Parker Management Consulting Inc (PMC Inc) is a full-service management consulting company dedicated to providing quality services to private, non-profit and public sector organizations in Canada and around the world. We understand and support the efforts of the OPS to build an organization that delivers high-quality, cost-effective services to the public now and in the future. We can provide learning consultation, design, development and delivery of classroom learning and training across all four regions of Ontario.

PMC Inc offers a specialized learning and training practice group that focuses on the organizational issues and needs of the public (e.g. federal and provincial governments) and broader private sector including the non-profit sector.

PMC Inc achieves this through consultation and progressive learning and development programs in areas such as employee engagement, career planning and development, team-based problem solving and strategic/operational goal development. Our senior human resources associates and strategic alliance partners specialize in diagnosing your requirements and providing timely, practical solutions focused on enhancing productivity while building commitment. Our associates have worked with all levels of management within the Ontario Public Service, including first line supervisors and the senior management group, in developing and providing learning programs.

PMC Inc is a Vendor of Record for the provision of learning services for the Province of Ontario. The Service Categories include Learning Consultation Services and the Design, Development and Delivery of Classroom Learning. Our focus is on customized learning programs to enable your organization to achieve excellence. Details of our service offerings are outlined as follows:

Service Category 1 - Learning Consultation

Service Category 2 - Design, Development and Delivery of Classroom Learning and Training for the Public Service Continual Improvement Fundamental

PMC Inc has a proven track record of providing learning programs that have been tailor-made to offer training within the client ministries and agencies and the broader public sector in all elements of Human Resources Management.
