Ted Clarke

Ted Clarke is a graduate of Trent University, and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). His work experience includes provincial government, Crown Corporation and private for profit organizations. Over the past 13 years his consultancy has partnered him with private, public (municipal, provincial and federal) and not-for-profit organizations.

He has extensive consulting experience in organizational development, job design and compensation, employee/labour relations, executive coaching, executive and professional recruitment, health & safety, worker’s compensation and the design and implementation of attendance improvement and performance management systems. His current client list includes organizations from the following sectors, municipal government, not-for-profit, manufacturing (national & multinational), retail, and education.

Prior to becoming a consultant Ted held senior HR management positions, in large multinational corporations.
