Michael Hart

Michael Hart, a graduate of York University, Mr. Hart is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). He has carried out Human Resources Consulting since 1997 on projects involving organizational analysis, compensation and job evaluation, recruitment, management skills training, meeting facilitation and strategic human resources planning. Clients have included community colleges, not for profit agencies, museums/historical attractions, Ontario Government Ministries, universities, Ontario Government Agencies, municipalities, private schools, hospitals as well as printing and production clients in the private sector.

Michael's specialty areas include:

  • Strategic human resources planning;
  • HR Function analysis and restructuring; Organizational analysis;
  • Technical HR knowledge and skills applications and mentoring;
  • Group facilitation and training;
  • Learning needs analysis and program development; and
  • Research and report writing.

Prior to working as a Consultant, Mr. Hart designed and implemented many different HR initiatives in his over 25 years experience working in senior HR management positions in a variety of government ministries and agencies.
