Rob (Bob) Glass

Bob Glass has an extensive background in leading organizational change and has often been called upon by the Province of Ontario as a troubleshooter. Bob has worked at the most senior levels of the Ontario government and has extensive international experience.

As a private consultant, Bob has managed such diverse projects as:

  • Process streamlining;
  • Facility planning;
  • Long term business planning;
  • Communications and funding initiatives;
  • Retraining; and
  • Organizational troubleshooting.
