Barb Gowland

Barb Gowland, Associate, has over 20 years of extensive consulting and business experience in public and private sectors.

She is an Alliance Partner of Career Systems International and consults, speaks and facilitates in leading edge talent management solutions. Her approach is to understand an organization’s needs, assess the effectiveness of existing programs followed by the development and implementation of initiatives that support the business strategy.

Barb has strong project management skills and has collaboratively planned and successfully implemented major projects in small and large organizations, different sectors, union and non-union. She has a strong track record and delivers on her promise.

Her areas of expertise include engagement and retention, total pay, career development, performance systems and coaching for top performance at all levels.

Her passion is working with businesses to enhance productivity while building commitment, sharing information with clients and developing programs that are easily understood and actually work.
